Email From Field Cannot Be Modified

You can only modify and change the EMAIL FROM field when creating an invitation if you are not on a free plan. If you are on a free plan, you need to upgrade to paid plan. To upgrade to a paid plan, visit here.

Missing Invitation Link, Form Name, Or Password in Invitation Email

When you create an invitation, the default email subject contains variables for the form_name, invitation_link, and password (if the form is password protected).

If you choose to customize the email subject, you must remember to add the variables for the form_name, invitation_link, and/or password. See list of available variables.

Forms Are Not Password Protected

Access to form can be secured or unsecured. To secure access to a form, make sure you do the following while creating an invitation:

1. Make sure the Tracking Invitation toggle is turned on.
2. Make sure the Forms are password protected field is checked.
